Active Living & Community Integration

At Helping Hands With Care LLC, we support individuals with developmental disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connections within their community.

Through Companion and Personal Supports, individuals may participate in community activities, recreation, social opportunities, and everyday life-skill development based on their individual needs and preferences.

Support may include activities such as visiting parks and libraries, shopping, arts and crafts, meal preparation, recreational activities, and practicing everyday skills that encourage greater independence.

All services and activities are person-centered and provided according to each individual’s choices, goals, authorized services, and support plan.

Our focus is to provide respectful, non-medical support that promotes choice, dignity, safety, independence, and meaningful community participation.
